About Fabiola
Where it all began…
Born in Mexico City in 1986, I moved to Canada with my family at the age of 13. Although I built a life there over the next 22 years, I often felt disconnected from who I truly was meant to be. I found myself working in different types of careers from film industry to real estate…nothing truly fulfilled me. I was living in a place that did not resonate with me anymore and unknowingly I was viewing life through limiting beliefs.
As that inner discomfort grew, a sudden strong interest for meditation, psychology, quantum physics, spirituality and the nature of reality itself grew with it.
I found myself being a realtor during the day, and going through hours of videos of shadow work and spirituality at night. I loved having my mind blown! My consciousness expanding, one of the best feelings!
I started to inevitably use my own life as the testing grounds for all I was learning… (remembering ;) )
My awakening process had began and it had no sign of slowing down!
I started to do inner healing on myself, this opened up new possibilities and it allowed me to let go of fears and limiting beliefs that before were holding me back.
Uncovering my natural gifts…
A family emergency was what ignited my gifts to awaken. A battle between life and death with a close family member served as a propelling force for me to embody my newly adopted perspective on life and at the same time, my gifts as a spiritual healer. After my brother was “miraculously” and thankfully back on his feet, it got me thinking…“If I only get this one life, and being reminded by my brother’s fatal accident, that life can be taken away in one second…why am I not going after my dream life!?”
This was the beginning of my hero’s journey.
More sure than ever, I knew I had a new path to follow. The calling from a new land that would later become my home for the next decade, was loud.
Costa Rica was calling.
My transformation… the light.
Through conscious manifestation techniques (that I now teach) I manifested my dream life. Everything I had wanted, became real.
I was living next to the beach, teaching yoga and art for a living, falling in love in the most poetic ways, great friends, you get the picture…
For years, I kept getting great feedback about my gifts, I noticed that I always had something to offer anybody who came to me, not just for yoga but clearly, for higher deeper guidance. I got the proper certifications and started offering my services as a Spiritual Counselor. My innate gift, was activated and certified.
My transformation… the dark.
Shortly after embodying my newest version of myself, my heavenly hometown started to feel not so heavenly. It was clear, Tamarindo was no longer the place for me, so trusting life, I easily packed everything once more and moved.
The next 4 years were… my dark night of the soul.
I felt the worse most painful emotions a highly sensitive, highly spiritual person could ever feel. I was depressed, surrounded by all of my darkest shadows… reflected externally in the shape of relationships, circumstances, experiences and outcomes.
2 weeks a month my PMS would be triggered into PMDD episodes.
Crying to the sea, feeling powerless, loosing my mind and seeing slowly how everything I believed was fractured and taken away from underneath me.
The other 2 weeks a month I would be teaching people how to feel their pain, for I was right at the center of the testing grounds of intense shadow work.
These dark years of intense pain, served me. Through this time I healed generational trauma as well as my own, everything that needed to be shed came to the surface loud and clear during those painful years. I was given a taste of each of the most terrible emotions available to humans, so that I could eventually guide others through them as well.
Grief, Despair, Uncertainty, Powerlesness…you name it. I felt each, 100%.
To make a long story short…” I “ died, many many many times.
I wished to actually die many more times as well.
My transformation… achieved.
The pain, (now clear as day to me) was part of the transformation. The fuel to push me into my next version as well as the releasing process of old identities and limiting beliefs. If I wanted to become my next version, I needed to take yet again, another leap of faith. Within 2 weeks of realizing this, I sold and donated all of my belongings, said bye to my angel, the sea… and was back home in Canada.
I am now starting my business from scratch in a new country.
And this is the version of me you are meeting.
I am more equipped than ever to guide you through the difficult emotions that are an inevitable part of life, but also, to help you achieve your next goals, to release that limiting detrimental pattern, to help you discover your authenticity, to help you heal and transform into the next version of you.
And what an honor that is…
I would not change anything about my story, for thanks to every tear shed, every heartbreak …I am able to do what I offer to you today.
Today, I am a bilingual Spiritual Counselor, who is also an international visual artist with her own eco-friendly clothing line depicting her art.
I offer Reiki, I am a transcendental meditation guide, a yoga instructor, an art therapist, a published poet and even…a lead actress in a international vertical soap opera! I love my dog Luna, she is an extension of my soul. In another timeline I would’ve been a singer of Mexican ranchera music, I love sushi and highly dislike going to the dentist, it makes me cry.
