1. Nature of Services

All of Fabiola Marabotto’s services are intended for educational, personal growth, and wellness purposes only. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Personal Responsibility & Wellness

Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after any session, class, or workshop. Participation is voluntary; you are encouraged to listen to your body and may stop any activity at any time if you feel uncomfortable or unwell. If you have any physical, psychological,or medical conditions, you are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional to determine if these services are appropriate for you.

3. Results

Fabiola provides guidance and tools, but individual transformation depends on your own willingness to do the inner work and apply what you learn. As such, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or in cases involving an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.

5. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabiola Marabotto shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising directly or indirectly from participation in any services, sessions, or use of products. By booking or participating, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

6. Business Policies

Cancellations: To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Refunds: All sessions, services, packages, and merchandise are non-refundable.

Expiration: Gift cards, sessions, and packages expire one month from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Fabiola.

Bookings: Sessions are confirmed only after payment is processed and a booking confirmation has been issued.
